the north face has never been a major player in the trail-running shoe sector—surprising to say the least. so they undertook a massive effort to overhaul their trail shoes and launched the vectiv line in spring of 2021. two things agency brought me on to create campaign lines, point-of-purchase messaging, and product descriptions for hangtags and web.
